Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I create an account?
Please click on “Account” followed by ‘Create Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
How do I pay for my orders?
All orders placed in Egypt can be paid cash on delivery or by Credit Card.
How will I receive my order updates?
Order updates will be sent to you through email or via text message if you approved it after placing your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The standard courier delivery time is within 2-5 working days inside Cairo & Giza and 5-7 working days to other governates, excluding weekends and public holidays. T
There is a missing/defective item in my order, what should I do?

Do you accept returns?
Yes, you have 14 days to return the item in the same condition received.
How can I submit my request?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes from 7-14 business days for the courier to pick up your package and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
